The Under 8's Eagles are made up of around 16 boys who have been with the club for a number of years, many since 5 and 6 years old, working up through the Little Eagles development section.
The under 8's section is made up of a fun and lively bunch or enthusiastic young footballers, we have a few characters, some strong and solid players, and a few superstars in the making, but overall a group who enjoy football and playing together.The Under 8 Eagles are taking their first steps into competitive football through the Teesside Junior Football Alliance this season. After a number of friendly matches and some intensive training, the team are ready for a busy season of games, putting into practice what they learn each week.
The league this season will be the boys first go at competitive football, but the progress they have made in the run up to the start of the season has been huge!!
The team plays brave football, in a diamond formation, with an emphasis on good quality football, keeping possession and playing from the back, but most of all its about taking part, learning & improving & having fun
