Newton Aycliffe Youth Football Club are proud to announce that they have been awarded runner up in the Club of the Year Category within Durham FA, for this seasons FA Grass Roots Award. This award is open to every Youth football club within the County and there were over 50 nominations considered. This is recognition for all the boys and girls’ teams efforts on the pitch and the way everyone conducts themselves at games, but also all the hard work off the pitch, as they completed the FA backed Parental Behaviour Workshops for everyone, Coaches development Workshops with Durham FA coaches, Specialist Goal Keeper Coaching with external professional GK Coach and the hugely rewarding Enhanced Pitch Maintenance programme at the Oakleaf, to mention a few. This award is for everyone involved in NAYFC, so well done to you all
